Our Vision.
We
believe that God
calls His people to more than simply gathering weekly. He calls us
for a
purpose and a plan. At Southcoast Church we believe this is the
specific
vision and direction that He has given us.
Basically, this is where we
are headed: God has called us to be a body of mature, passionate, world changing leaders who set a standard of Christianity worth living for and that Jesus came and died for We
are to equip every person that walks through ours doors to lead!
The
majority will carry the minority!
We
are to bring people through into maturity.
We
are to be a uniting force in this city and the cities around us,
bringing together the Church for the purposes that God has
for us.
We
are to be an outpost to San Diego, Mexico and South America, a gateway
through which many churches will be planted.
We
are to be a generous church that supports, blesses and assists
churches, businesses and individuals in need on a daily basis
with food, finances, time, skills and materials that will
advance
the Kingdom of God.
We
are to be a church that is always focused outward, always reaching out
to the lost, broken, wounded, dying, young and old. A church
that
is relevant and known to be here for the sinners not just the
saints.
We
are called to be a church of hundreds and then thousands.
We
are called to be a model church, doing things Biblically, breaking
every limitation that religion has put upon God's people and
His
Will
